3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The payment methods currently accepted at bitjili are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No specific maximum deposit limit is stated, however additional verification may apply for large transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions and Timeframe

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

Bonuses are never given as direct cash. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.

4.2 Reload and Other Bonuses

• Weekly bitjili Reload Reward: 30% bonus on any deposit each week, up to ৳8,000; 20x wagering.
• bitjili Friday Reload Festival: 50% bonus on deposits every Friday, up to ৳12,000; 25x wagering.
• Slot Adventure Bonus: 40% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳10,000; 22x wagering.
• bitjili Birthday Gift: a one-time reward of up to ৳2,500 during the registered birthday month; 15x wagering.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, bitjili reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Attempts to collect bonuses using multiple accounts fall under this prohibition.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week, which is the total losses minus total winnings. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

6.1 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a server issue, network outage, or software error, bitjili reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system.

6.3 Account Suspension and Closure

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities or violates the Terms, bitjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
